[Justice] High 5 server project progression todo and downtime

High5 server (Justice) is offline for further progress of server developement.Interlude server and Superion are operating just fine,so you can play at your own pace knowing that the servers won't be wiped.Vespera and Lilith server's operating costs are paid already,so you will not need to worry that you will wake up one morning and find out they are gone......Happy Gaming With us!!! 

And also I kindly ask you to register forum accounts and be an active netizen.We are looking for Spanish/Russian native speakers to be part of our staff!If you want to help the server ,register forum account/game account be active,report buggs and there will be high chance of you becoming a staffer.Thanks~!!
